Organic vegan salt ramen
Japan's first organic + vegan certified cup salt ramen.
All you need to prepare is hot water, organic and vegan cup salt ramen.
Use paper containers that do not use animal ingredients and are environmentally friendly.
For the soup, we used organic vegetable bouillon without yeast extract to bring out the umami of the salt.
The organic dried noodles were commercialized through extensive research and efforts by the master of Inaniwa udon, a specialty of Akita Prefecture.
This noodle is often entwined with the soup that uses special salt.
Fragrant Kyoto Kujo green onions and seaweed are attached to the ingredients. Please enjoy our organic and vegan-certified cup noodles, which have the chewiness and umami of the noodles inherited from Inaniwa Udon, as well as the ease of use of cup noodles that can be eaten anytime, anywhere.
We use environmentally friendly paper containers.
